How do you map/tie SalesWarp shipping method(s) to Storefront method(s)

Access Stores->Stores and edit the Storefront in question. Click the Shipping Mappings tab along the left side, and enter the Storefront description for that shipping method, and select the SalesWarp shipping method from the drop down menu.
