My pick ticket is coming up blank.

All of the setting on the template are set and correct, but it is coming up blank on my screen.

Normally this is caused by a condition local to the machine. Generally it can be fixed by updating the PDF reader on your system. Here is a link that might help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/177321

You can also do some quick test to confirm this is the case: Try to login and print the Pick Ticket again from a different machine, itif it prints and come up on your screen then it is most likely an issue local to the machine. It is also good to test under different permissions. This will confirm that the user has the correct access.
